Once the New Deal Supreme Court flushed the Founder’s Constitution down the toilet in the 30′s, we began our gradual shift from a liberal democracy to a social democracy. We are now in the final stages of the transformation, and thus no longer resemble the nation of 1787. If you want to see America’s future, look to continental Europe.
