Where is the evidence that Amazon quit selling the book because of government pressure? Since they sell other books with similar themes, why is this book singled out? Was it pulled due to government pressure, or because it was offensive to “Foxnews anchors ED Hill and Kiran Chetry” as someone claims on another thread? Since I don’t watch Fox, I’ll assume they really are news anchors, but why would Amazon and Barnes & Noble care about offending Fox News anchors? They carry other books that offend Fox News anchors?

FYI- while the 5th of November is romantically portrayed in V for Vendetta, in England Guy Fawkes has been regardes as a traitor for several centuries.
