What is a Clinton hater? How does one define the term? Is this someone who unfairly slimes the Clintons? Could it also be an Orwellian term originated by the Clinton propagandists to slander anyone who criticizes them regardless of the evidence?

Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama studied the works of Saul Alinsky. They learned from the master himself how to destroy anyone who gets in their way. It is amazing how rarely the late Chicago area radical is mentioned during this presidential campaign.
