Ron Paul is unassailable on his voting record. Ron Paul’s policy platform consists of nothing more “fringe” or “radical” than adherence to the US Constitution. People of every ethnic and racial stripe who have ever known or worked with Ron Paul testify in unison to his unquestionable integrity and honesty. They will tell you that the man is Founding Father material, a national treasure.
So I guess it makes sense that all you can do is attack him for his unknown association to bigots, an unfortunate circumstance for which he has taken moral responsibility more than ten years ago.
If it is true that people are generally motivated by fear, ask yourself what you’re afraid of.
