There’s a simple rule that applies here, “time will tell.”
These aren’t recent newsletters, these aren’t things that just happened, they’re in the past. With the benefit of them being in the past, you can judge whether his actions in that time reflect the kind of person that would take those views..
It might benefit you to look at the actions of the man to judge his views, rather than take some newsletters that’s credibility is already called into question.
