Clearly, you know exactly nothing whatever about capitalism which, in the context of a Constitutional Republic (rapidly being destroyed by your Progressive friends), has at its root the protection of individual rights, in particular the protection of life, liberty, and property, i.e. it is entirely against criminality, in theory and to a refreshing degree in history compared to what came before and after.
If you want to see criminality on the widest possible scale, study the Soviet Union, Communist China, or any other socialist regime.
