Whatever happened to enforcement of the Hatch Act in this instance? This ultra-partisan career federal employee ideologue is clearly guilty of the Hatch Act as this law prohibits partisan political activity by federal employees, especially in the workplace, notwithstanding the perjury charges and injury she caused the Republican Party, Bush Administration and others damaged by her leaks, lies, distortions. As a career federal employee myself, we are taught and constantly reminded, especially during election years, that you cannot engage in activities even remotely close to what this hack was allowed to do in her office and in her capacity. The fact that the IG and DOJ have not done anything to her (where I’ve seen adverse actions to a federal employee for mere accusations) is outrageous, irresponsible, improper and smacks of dishonesty, unfairness and a dereliction of duty and obligation.
These constant double standards from an administration who swore to transparency and accountability will be the downfall of
Holder and Obama. The American public can only take so much of Holder’s partisan-based actions and decisions (incredible as he’s the nation’s top attorney who is supposed to uphold the rule of law and be fair in promoting justice). Solyndra, Fast & Furious, Black Panther’s voting violations, putting this country in debt for generations, destroying the economy, constantly engaging in class warfare, making America a laughing stock internationally and worsening race relations — that’s it. We’ve had enough. These elitist and arrogant ideologues will be booted out in 2012. It’s time to take the country back.
