Of course it is possible to get an erection when unconscious, open a text book. Erections are involuntary. Even when a man is unconscious, if his penis is stimulated enough it will become erect and can then be shoved into a vulva or an anus. Failing everything else, a rubber band wrapped round a penis will keep it stuck in a state of erection for as long as it is there.
