Vivo, FEMA is not the problem. They are an excellent bunch, probably the most efficient federal organization and certainly the smallest. They are made up mostly of part time and reservist workers. The problem is the utter hypocrisy on the part of the media in all this and the impression that Obama doesn’t give a darn. Too busy watching the Super Bowl.
