“There’s $1 billion for Amtrak” – I like Amtrak.
“$2 billion for child-care subsidies” – might make it easier for single moms to go to work.
“$50 million for . . . the National Endowment for the Arts” – I like art.
“There’s even $650 million on top of the billions already doled out to pay for digital TV conversion coupons.” – We liberals all have flat screens already, so I think that’s aimed at y’all.
In case you missed it, we just spent a trillion dollars “liberating 50 million people” who hate our guts and can’t wait for us to leave.
How would you feel if there were $20 billion for free guns? Or how about $200 billion for bass boats? $150 million for copies of Who’s Nailin Palin? Bet you’d all think that was just dandy.
