Maybe Paul wrote these, maybe he didn’t. In any case, he should have fired the person sooner or at least exhibited some oversight. Not a good sign of his leadership.
Still, about half of Paul’s supporters say they agree with the statements anyway. Like this one:
“[O]ur country is being destroyed by a group of actual and potential terrorists-and they can be identified by the color of their skin.”
This sounds like something Tom Metzger would say. If half of your supporters agree with this statement, well…
