Interesting that the Appeals Court feels they can order a prosecutor around, telling him which cases to prosecute. How about which cases not to bother with? Will they next tell him how to prosecute? Suppose he opens with no argument and merely “rests”? What will they do? Jail him for contempt? Force the next guy to retry the case? (Double-Jeopardy much?) Will they set aside the jury’s not-guilty verdict and convict?
Lesse, try this man for this crime, then we will convict him regardless of the process. Isn’t that the very example of Kangaroo court?
