Considering some of The New Republic’s previous articles, I think we ought be very skeptical about claiming Ron Paul said any of this until it is all independently verified. This is more about The New Republic’s veracity than Ron Paul. Hammer Congressman Paul for the quotes once they’re verified, but not before.
