Fastest way to get money into the economy is to cut income taxes. Now those that don’t pay taxes, I don’t necessarily have a problem with giving them $500 or $1000 to spend. Put more money in PEOPLE’S hands every week and they will spend it. Tax rate changes could be in your paycheck next week.

But, alas, the gov’t is too stupid to do something smart. The list of items in the package is woefully bad. You build wealth and stimulate the economy with mining, manufacturing and agriculture not issuing more food stamps, pumping money into failing entities and giving housing assistance. If you get people spending it will create jobs and cure the resultant issues.
