Wrong. An individual Paul didn’t know gave money to his campaing online. It was unsolicited, and Paul has had no relationship now or ever with Mr. Black. In fact, he was proven to have been a plant of some other neo-con organization (the breadcrumb trail explanation escapes my memory).
