When was he ever “in poverty”? When he was a child in Indonesia, with a step-father related to local royalty? When he was a child in Hawaii, attending a private school and his needs provided for by his bank executive grandparents? When he was an affirmative-action college student, still living off his grandparents and not expected to actually perform as a student? During his short-lived career as a lawyer? During his stint sponging off taxpayers as a “community organizer”? As a state senator? As a US senator?
Obama has always lived the life of luxury, particularly when compared with those he hates — working whites.
