I don’t care what color the designer was, the ball gown was horrible. On TV, it looked like 1950′s era white chenille pom-poms on a maternity ball gown. And the inaugral dress and coat? My grandmother’s upholstery fabric on the coat portion of a twin set that only Queen Elizabeth or Prince Charles’ wife Camilla would wear. Let’s hope the Administration succeeds, but the first lady’s inaugral fashion display was an unmitigated disaster, and the non-stop adoration of the media can’t change that.
