I agree with Bolton on this. Gaza and the west bank must be turned over to already recognized states. I would support Israel taking the land as long as they give every inhabitant there legal citenzship under their law.
And to the issue of the UN, I agree with you that the UN is an incompetent organization that has done nothing to either condemn or stop the rocket attacks from Gaza.
However, neither of these things has anything to do with how horrible a substance white phosphorus is, and the need for all nations who actually care about life to stop using it.
