Holy fricking shit! I’m echoing previous commenters Evil Pundit and Wanda Sloan. I am in Singapore, on WiFi routed from an ADSL connection and the quality is beyond awesome. (How is it even possible? I’m scratching my head here.) It’s much faster than low-quality videos on YouTube – so I figure PJM has bandwidth to burn and it’s a bandwidth thing? It’s like watching an actual television broadcast on my laptop.. quite phenomenal really.
I’ve watched webcasts on BreitBartTV and the buffering can be a killer sometimes, with the quality nowhere as close to what PJM is doing here. Well done.. perhaps you should do a write-up on the broadcast technology you’re using?
