Well, rog certainly seems to be justifying hatred of Israel because of the images pouring out of Gaza. Presumably, he sees this as justifying any, and all, protests against Israel, even if it results in attacks on Starbucks or synagogues, because, as he pontificates, this hatred is “inevitable”.
If we’re going to justify hate because of images; because we’re fed sad picutres and sob stories by the media (never mind paying attention to any back story), then, logically, we should hate Moslems, and all Islamic countries, because of Beslan, Mumbai, etc. This isn’t my position, but it appears to be rog’s, and those who think like him. Israel, and, consequently, the Jews, deserve what it, and they, get, because of Gaza.
As I said, I’m just glad he didn’t play the “Jews killed Jesus!” card, or the “I’m not anti-semetic, I’m anti-Israel!” card. For that, we should thank him.
