I actually liked Jimmy Carter when he was President, and I was in a small minority. But I was very young and I still imagined that all the social engineering programs could accomplish their goals. I don’t know what makes Carter tick, but I suspect he is still (after nearly 30 years) trying to improve his standing in history. Now this guy trots around the world, posturing to every 3rd world dictator as if he is the voice of America. He is the ONLY ex-POTUS who has ever tried to undermine sitting Presidents on foreign affairs, at least in my lifetime. Even Bill Clinton has known better than this. I hate this behavior and I am now ashamed to say that I once voted for him.
