What utter nonsense: Egypt just finished its own internal audit and found that liberal political parties received squat from the West. They further found that by far the largest monies came from Kuwait, 114 million, and Qatar, 35 million. One Egyptian active in politics even publicly apologized for accusing secular parties in Egypt of receiving Western funding.
