Why should we Americans save the Copts? Why is it up to us to save a bunch of Arabs whose fanatic Jew-hatred rivals that of their Muslim persecutors? As a Jew, I do not need to import any more people – Christian or Muslim – who want me dead
We Christians started our existence with your people trying to exterminate our people (in case you need clarification, I am specifically charging the Jewish communities of the day with attempting to wipe out the Church, not calling your people “Christ killers”). Yet that did not stop American Christians from allowing your people, who have never at any level of leadership repented of their hostility toward us, from fleeing from pogroms in Eastern Europe.
