Why should we Americans save the Copts? Why is it up to us to save a bunch of Arabs whose fanatic Jew-hatred rivals that of their Muslim persecutors? As a Jew, I do not need to import any more people – Christian or Muslim – who want me dead.
Let them be saved by Europe. Europe needs Christians, and Europe is already so poisoned with fanatic Jew-hatred that the Copts will make no difference. We can use the USAF to airlift them across the Mediterranean, but that’s about it.
