RB, not spending this money may have a cost benefit to the US but that ain’t why Turbin Durbin did it. He just wants to grease the palms of some of his taxpayer ripoff crowd in Il. The man never had a thought that he did not calculate the benefit to HIM first before deciding to go or no go.
