So can we finally get rid of the self-righteous phrase “truth to power” and replace it with the more accurate “truth to benign”? After all, the only “power” they’ll stand up to is the one that won’t cause them any real harm!
(Yes, I know ‘truth’ isn’t accurate either, but because the progressives see truth as relative, the phrase only makes sense with it in there).
