Step two will occur after every illegal that wants to become legal under Nutty Newty’s program will be carried out by Erwin Chemerinsky and his ACLU cohorts. Thirty minutes after Nutty Newty signs his insane plan into law, Erwin and Co. will be in court with paper work that will have already been prepared (it probably was prepared the day after Nutty Newty first proposed this insanity) claiming discrimination against these “legal residents” because other legal residents have a path to citizenship.
