Perhaps “La Raza” has told it all. Flood the SW states with illegal aliens and “birthright” babies. Increase the Mexican/Latino population to where they control the state government. Increase welfare programs to aid illegals and encourage even more illegal entry. Hire the best lawyers you can find to prosecute your cases. Recruit as many Democrats as possible to support your projects (Democrat votes).
