Peter the Sub Guy: The real Ice Cream was Bush promising lower taxes and then asking us to spend a few hundred billion on a war we didn’t need to fight, to be paid for not by wartime taxes, but by our children. Classic bait and switch. He also promised competence and not cronyism….
