There is no textual evidence that once in the custody of a man they were raped.
It’s a little difficult to have textual evidence of how Mohammed treated his wives (and other female acquisitions) given that he neither read nor wrote.
Given that the Koran was, reportedly, first written down some 150 to 200 years after Mohammed’s death.
The line between…”hey, I own you now and we must have sex” and rape is a very thin one.
