I have stuck my foot in my mouth! Yes, concubines were from the war booty. There is no textual evidence that once in the custody of a man they were raped. Unless you have textual proof from islamic soures talking about the legitimacy of forced sex upon a concubine you are only speculating at best or again just trying to satisfy your own bias. Now, i can expect some backlash from writing about having concubines (which is illegal in most Muslim countries). I ll wait for that one and answer it later. I have go to go.
