“Responding to accusations that the resuscitation efforts of Mashharawi’s brother appeared inauthentic, Martin said that, based on his years of reporting from Gaza, doctors often go through such efforts even with little hope that a patient can be saved.”
Key word: “efforts”. No effort was exerted in the pretend CPR. Now let’s examine the lack of injury in a boy supposedly suffering multiple shrapnel injuries. Not a single wound visible. One small, watery “blood” stain on the sheet. As his family holds his “lifeless” body, his color is as good as any healthy boy his age. Any healthcare professional can tell you that the color leaves a person who dies–even the unit secretaries. I have many years experience in emergency medicine. The boy in the video was not injured. The theatrics of the “actors” was pitiful. Even hollywood does their homework before filming an E.R. scene. Millions of physicians, nurses, and paramedics are laughing themselves silly right now. CNN has sunk to an all-time low.
