My son is transferring back to an in-state college after attending a college out of state for the past two years (we’ve been paying out of state tuition). You should see the hoops I have to jump through to PROVE he lives in state when he has never even left the state except to go to school for nine months of the year.

And THIS GUY IS ALLOWED TO JUST WANDER AROUND like he’s our best friend?

I’m guessing we’re going to have to be attacked again to wake up. SAD.
