The first thing that the people of Cambridge should do is get rid of this lady. Have a special recall election or impeach her whatever, just get rid of her. She took it upon herself to defy the city council, then she lied about it, she picked on the Boy Scouts (violating their civil rights?) and she harmed the troops. Get rid of her.
