This is just Act 1 of the new play OBAMATHON or Chicago Politics on the Potomac. You have to admire Blago for pulling this off. This is Chicago politics at its finest. The Senate does not have any legal grounds to not seat Burris, and as for expelling him, the Democrats don’t have the necessary numbers, and any Republican that went along with this numskull idea of Harry Reid would be committing suicide….watching this is more fun than watching a three ring circus. In this country regardless of what people think, you are innocent until proven guilty. Blago has not even been indicted, let along been found guilty of anything. BTW – what is contained in Act 2 of the Obamathon…..more fun & games I’m sure, I can’t wait to see how it unfolds.
