Bruce, you badly miss the point of this book. It’s hard to imagine anyone could read it and come away with the conclusions you did, so I have to wonder if this whole review isn’t just a cynical grab for controversy-driven traffic to this website. Just about every paragraph leaves me with the same question: “Did this guy read the same book I did???”
