Chavez sees himself as “dictator-for-life.” That is how he will act. If the people do not recognise his true status, too bad for them.
Chavez owns the courts, the military, and the assembly. He controls more oil reserves than are contained in the middle east and Russia combined. Do you honestly think this vote will be the end of him?
