I just saw this movie and it’s very good. Benjamin lives his live from end to beginning but he lives each day from beginning to end, same as the rest of us. He’s different but he learns about life from the beginning to the end, also just like the rest of us. He was lucky to find relationships that lasted throughout his life, his adopted mother Queenie who loved him beyond reason, and his love Daisy, who loved him for himself. The ending is sad and made me reflect on the innate unfairnesses of life. His end is of course meant to reflect on everyone’s end.

I liked the exterior views of Nowlins. I’ve only visited there once but it is a place with a rich texture and history. It has a European feel. The Nowlins accent gives Pitt and his character a depth that I appreciated a lot.
