An interesting suggestion from another blog seems to me to have merit. Every time Hamas fires rockets and refuses to stop, move the Gaza border 5 kilometers further south. The whole strip is 41 kilometers long. It shouldn’t take long for them to get the idea. Even one kilometer at a time would get the job done.
