It appears possible Chavez will not get his constitutional reforms.
However, I think the real question(s) to be asked relate to what happens if he does not get his reforms? What will be his reaction?
How militaristic or totalitarian will he become?
I predict that if his reforms are defeated, the world will see the real Chavez, and what the world will see is what real socialist dictators look like.
In fact, Chavez is the example the world should look to, and then imagine the United Nations running a one world government!
