Now, people, let’s not sling accusations around. I’m a lawyer…Ayers could certainly make a good case that he is not guilty of murder and is therefore not a murderer.
By his own words, of course, he is guilty of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder…but not necessarily murder. Let’s give him that.
