I have no fear of Islam, just an undying wrath toward it. Mohammed, cursed be his name, is responsible for bloodshed on the scale of communism. We can fight them easily with nuclear weapons- no one can defeat an enemy who is willing and able to engage in wholesale slaughter of the other side (they are willing, but our nukes would make them unable). Promise them that any terrorist attack, a term which shall be defined by us arbitrarily, shall be responded to by dropping a nuclear weapon on whomever we deem responsible, and no refuge shall be given to holy sites or civilian targets, and neither shall human shields be able to cause us to stand down. All civilians stand warned that their governments will get them killed if they continue to engage in wars with utter disregard for the Geneva Convention.
