Do I think the guy should be sent to jail? No that’s silly. I think you should be carefull comparing this kind of behavior to rape or assault. It isn’t and you hurt the case of rape and assault victims when you act like this is in the same league.

Having said that, I think he is a dumb*** and should be fired like I would be in my private sector job if I did something like that with what would amount to the VP of Sales etc. Actually I would probably also get sued.
