Too much food. Not enough moving sbout. Simple. When I was at school there was only ONE fat kid in the class. School photographs were full of skinny kids.
Now? The opposite. Playstation generation and junk food. Bike for Christmas? Not likely. How about an iphone or some other fat fingered electronic device.
