Why on Earth was this police commissioner trying to talk to these mutants? What did he think that would accomplish? The only way to communicate with brutal savages such as these is for the police to have gunned the rioters down. Try doing this once and you won’t see any more rioting. Then round up the muslims and throw them out of the country. The west better get its act together.
