Who believes that this new Car Czar will limit his power to the union shops that recieve the bailout? After their government merger and they are still failing they will declare that the free market shops have an unfair advantage because they are not chained to the same beaurocratic bungling that they are. To level the playing field the government will force the foriegn owned plants to the comply with the same stupidity. They will either leave or go down with the rest of them.
