If they tried pulling that crap here they would be drawn and quartered. Americans are not as docile as Euros-moreover the airwaves are not under the tight control of the political class as in EUland. Our politicos are vile,just as anywhere else, but they love living off the public teat and wouldn’t risk it’s loss.
