Kucinich did seem to have his moments with the crowd, but on the live feed he came across as angry. But when you only have five minutes of time that is going to happen. I do think, though, that this may have been his last debate. At some point they are going to start trimming the roster.
I wrote down Edwards’ “corporate” zinger in my notes, but in the end left it out as I think he has used it a lot on the stump so it sounded well rehearsed. It’s a good line, but I think Edwards needed more and some that were new. I was really shocked at how little time he had compared to Obama and Clinton. It will be hard for his campaign to successfully spin something positive about tonight.
