If it can be shown that a woman is intentionally deceiving a man in order to impregnate herself for the purpose of financial gain, then she should be found guilty of fraud.

For the majority of cases, you have two people being stupid, and I don’t see how you can pin the responsibility on the partner that was being slightly more stupid.

You want to make the system more fair? Let the fathers have a shot at primary custody and make the mothers pay child support in those cases.
