Dr. Rusin is to be commended for bringing out this deplorable situation. I would only point out that the Bah√°’√≠ Faith is not a sect of any other religion but a world faith based on the writings of Bah√°u’ll√°h not the Qur’an. And speaking of irony, most Bah√°’√≠s do not live in Iran, they’re in every other country of the world. Do the powers that be in Iran think that by destroying the Bah√°’√≠ Community in the country of its birth they will destroy the Faith itself? As a matter of fact, because of the persecution, Bah√°’√≠s from Iran have escaped from the homeland they love and gone just about everywhere else taking their Faith with them and spreading it among over 2100 ethnic groups. It is indeed ironic that the persecution of a group is so often a means for its growth and development. It also speaks volumes about the persecutors…
